STONEHAVEN REMODEL (2020) : This renovation was more complex than appearance may suggest. There were a lot of structural problems that had ravaged our client’s home since they purchased 10 years ago.. Once we had stabilized the problem areas, we renovated the existing kitchen by replacing the center island, painting the existing cabinets on the flanking walls and adding new cabinets at the end of the dining area. Subway tile from counter to ceiling on the two adjacent walls really ties the two spaces together. The existing formal dining room was converted to a office/ craft room with custom barn doors at the entrance. The upstairs hall bathroom was given a complete makeover as well with new vanity, lighting, flooring, and converting the existing bathtub to a standup shower w/ glass enclosure.
